What is your return policy for mountain bike components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed components or items showing signs of trail wear cannot be returned for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on akta MTB products?
Yes, all akta MTB hardware and apparel are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
